Arrival by public transport and parking
Stop U4 Merianplatz with elevator (approx. 500 m to Mousonturm). A parking lot for people with disabilities is available in front of the main entrance of the Mousonturm on Waldschmidtstraße.
Barrier-free access
Stepless entrance is possible via Lokal. This is located in the courtyard on the left side of the building. The foyer and the restaurant are barrier-free. In the restaurant there is a higher area with stairs, the bar is at ground level. Our hall is accessible without steps during regular operation. The first row of the visitors' gallery is accessible without steps, wheelchairs can be placed here, for example. Studio 1 and Studio 2 are accessible without steps by prior arrangement via the staff:inside elevator (cabin length and width 115cm x 135cm, door width 90cm). For this purpose, please speak to our admission or counter staff on the evening of the event, or register your requirements a few days before the event with the contact below.
WCs
There are two low barrier toilets (seat height 60cm, grab rails & transfer assistance available) that are independently accessible - they are signposted as "Private Bathroom". The cubicle is 2m x 1.65m, the door width is 95cm. More details about the dimensions of our rooms can be found at frankfurt-inklusiv.de. The emergency call in the WCs is temporarily defective.

Discounts
People with a severely disabled pass can choose their own price category in the solidary price system or book a reduced ticket for events with a fixed price. Accompanying persons receive a free ticket (if they have a B certificate). We are aware of the fact that the "severely handicapped ID" is a document of ableist, that not all handicaps are visible and that handicap is a spectrum. Therefore, it is not necessary to present the severely disabled ID card to use the accessibility services. To reserve the free ticket, please contact barrierefreiheit@mousonturm.de in advance.
