Ballet for Contemporary Dancers

A traditional workout - barre, center and jumps. We focus on the passion of movement. We try to find ways not to strain the body and to train effectively with the right coordination. During the training we recognize our differences, draw energy from moving together and fill the space with each other. We will be accompanied by piano pieces by David Howard, Nate Fifield, Lisa Harris and Graig Wingrove.

Born in Prague, Czech Republic, Veronika Kornová completed her dance training at the Dance Conservatory in Prague. She has been a freelance solo dancer since 2016, performing as a guest at several ballet galas, charity events and in various dance projects. Together with Julie Pecard, Robert Glumbeck and Kevin O ́Day, she created a dance piece “Triggers” in June 2019. In 2020 she created 2 new choreographies for Theater Felina Areal.
